how was your saturday? :)
Unforgettable. :D I love this day. Super Thanks to Ronzee, Pat, Lyka, Kat, Kyle and Sir Al. :)
Today was the scheduled photoshoot day. I got up @ 7 am and rushed to school still half asleep. We met up at school and ate breakfast at MCDO. I don't know why but, I bought one of those collectible glasses that come with every value meal. haha :D
We had the whole day planned. But, THANKS to Ronzee, who couldn't attend the photoshoot, our schedule was destroyed. We were in desperate need of a back-up model so, we called Kyle and he agreed. Thankyouuu Kyle! :D yea, lifesaver. We ate lunch at his house and then took pictures...
at san fabian beach. :>
Then, we went to Kat's house [malasiqui] and shot the fairytale and wedding scene there. :)
fuuun weekend. :D

current events.
Hey. Sorry for being so inactive. A lot of weird stuff have been going on lately, so I haven't got enough time to update my blog. But, wait! now i do. haha. :-)
I'm currently..
**Helping out with the cleaning up of our house after that stupid Pepeng came and brought the flood with it.
**Trying to remember all the projects and assignments given to me coz classes resume on thursday.
**Thinking of the damage the flood left at MG. kawawa yung mga may locker sa baba! buti nalang, nasa pinakataas ung locker ko. HAAAH! :p
**Playing cafe world on facebook while watching my baby brother sleep.
**Missing my dog Jaime who passed away last monday. [10.05.09] Miss you, Jaime girl. :(
**Trying to save some inportant stuff that got wet during the flood.
**Thinking of remodeling my room. :D
**Thinking about our cheerleading practice which was canceled coz of the stupid flood. Intrams is only a week away(?) and we've only had 3 practices for our cheerdance. OMG. plus, i have no minor sport. which means, no exam in PEHM for me? WAAAA. i hate being sucky when it comes to sports. >.<
**Missinng someone. :p HAHAHA. ;)

SEPTEMBER TO OCTOBER.
Didn't get to post anything here for the month of september. laziness. >.<>
*September 15- Happy Birthday Sir Al.
Rutherford planned a surprise birthday party for our beloved adviser, Sir Al.
Tuesday. We prepared the PEHM room and decorated it with balloons and all those other party stuff. We even ordered a personalized cake for Sir. It was super fun. We gave him roses too. haha. well, love namin si sir eh. :)

Filipino fest '09 :)
There are seriously no words to explain what happened during the Filipino fest. There was fun, and there was the exact opposite of fun.
of course, there was drama. :p
We were given about two weeks to prepare for the Filipino Fest. Yes, two weeks of going to school, without classes, heaven? hell? well, it was a mixture of both. :)) I was actually glad that we had no classes and that ALL the teachers would say.. "Okay class, I'm giving this time for your practice." woow. To be honest, we didn't have the discipline. We would practice for a few minutes, then we would all get lazy. Sir Al, didn't have enough time to help us practice and we completely understood him because he was super tired and super busy. He was the adviser and it was his fest so of course, he was super busy. Still, I wish that we could have more time to practice.
August 28 -- Buwan ng Wika 2009.
*MASINING NA PAGKWEWENTO
The day finally came. I forgot what happened first, hahah. I'll skip right to the "masining na pagkwekwento" and, RUTHERFORD's REPRESENTATIVE was --
ARIEL CARERRA! GO ARIEL! =)) She played the role of a mother that became a prostitute just to give her children a nice future. She was great. The audience was practically screaming her name. She rocked.And, I think we've got a shot at first place :> *crosses her fingers*
*DALAWAHANG PAG-AWIT
They sang "Ako'y Sayo"
Ikaw na ang may sabi na ako’y mahal mo rin
At sinabi mong ang pag-ibig mo'y 'di magbabago
Ngunit bakit sa tuwing ako'y lumalapit ika'y lumalayo
Puso'y laging nasasaktan pag may kasama kang iba

Na ako'y sa iyo at ika'y akin lamang..
The next event was the "dalawahang pag-awit. yes, a filipino duet. :) RUTHERFORD's representatives were ESTHEL BALTAZAR and JAP QUINTO. Yes, I know. BIGATIN! woooo! :P Ang galing nila. Great Job ethel and jap! wooo! :>
*SABAYANG PAGBIGKAS
RUTHERFORD's "SABAYANG PAGBIGKAS"
We were totally tensed 'cause we did not perfect the "sabayang pagbigkas" and everyone else was expecting us to do good because, we were RUTHERFORD. they expected us to be great. But when performed, we screwed up. It was a mess. We lacked mastery. I could see Sir Al's face, he was so disappointed and I wouldn't blame him for being disappointed. We messed up. :( and we all know the word "sorry" isn't enough. Sorry, Sir Al. I know It wouldn't have hurt that much if we gave our best, but we know that we didn't give our best. We know that that wasn't our best. and, we're all sorry.
*THE INTERMISSION NUMBER BY 3RD YEAR
There were two bands sa third year. Pero, sa Bandang Pinoy, only one band should represent the whole year. So, we had voting and the whole year decided na it was the D.O.G.'s band that would represent the whole juniors and yung band nila Kyle, intermission nalang. I was glad they were all okay with the decision. The intermission was great. Though it wasn't a contest, I still enjoyed it. Ang galing niyo! :) Chad Sy [drums], Nick Reyes [guitar], Kyle Villegas and Ivan Sison [guitar and vocals] + Bea Silang So, yun. ang galing nila. :D *clap.. clap..clap*
*KATUTUBONG SAYAW
After the lunch break was the katutubong sayaw. Our representatives were Nick, Gerome, Ralph, Marc, Chad, Gwen, Vivienne, Kat, Lyka and Maine. RUTHERFORD was 2nd and they danced "Wasiwas"-- I don't know what dance wasiswas is but it involves balancing a candle on top of your head. see?

Gerome was the only one who could do that. :)) cooool. haha. The funny part about the dance was when the candle almost burned the stage! Kung hindi nakita ng isang judge yung candle, MG would be on fire. hahaha. =)) And, natatawa din ako nung nasusunog ni Chad yung tela niya, tapos sumasayaw pa siya! =)) Buti nandun kami ni Ariel sa harap niya to tell him to put the candle down and pa-simple naming pintay yung fire. Sana hindi napansin nung judges yun. haha.
*MODELONG PINOY 2009
The last part of the program. RUTHERFORD's models were Kat Fernandez and Kyle Villegas. First, was the Modern Outfit. We gave headphone and tore up some leggings for Kat and Kyle brought his guitar. The theme we were trying to show was that they were a "modern music pair" Gerome made their Filipiniana outfits out of ipil-ipil and we made Kat's leggings. we cut them. haha :> It was so cool! :) We even put make-up on Kyle. haha.
But of course, there was drama. RUTHERFORD made their own remix for the modeling. I made the remix. I remixed their songs and put them on a CD. Before the modeling, I went to sir ken and asked him to play the cd when it was Kat and Kyle's turn. But, sir said that he had to play MY CD for all of the models. NO! NO! NO! I made that CD for RUTHERFORD ONLY. And, if all the models used it, then my effort would be useless. So, when it was the contestant number 1's turn and my CD played, i cried. yea, i know. shallow. But, I MADE THAT CD. I MADE IT FOR RUTHERFORD. and, then, all of them used it?!?!?! but, there was nothing that I could do.. it hurt, a lot. :( :( :( :(

Filipino fest '09 :)
